How do I access my complimentary night stay?
The complimentary night's accommodation is loaded as an e-certificate on your member's card. For reservations, please log on to member's website at www.advantageplus-asia.com. to book your complimentary night's stay or call Accor Reservations in your country.

How do I access my member's discount?
Your Member's Rate is not subject to allocation. This rate is unlimited and available on any room type, any day and with guaranteed last room availability (If the hotel has a room available you are guaranteed a room at the members' special rate*), just by presenting your membership card. For reservation, call Accor Reservation Services in your respective country. (See list of countries listed below)

*For members joining or renewing from 1 October 2008, the members' discount will be 10% discount off the best unrestricted rate of the day at participating Accor hotels in Asia Pacific. Members will also earn A|Club points on eligible rates. Members who joined prior to 1 October 2008 will continue to receive 15% discount off the best unrestricted rate of the day at participating Accor hotels in Asia Pacific for the term of their current membership.

What are my dining benefits?
When a member dines alone the member will receive a 25% discount on food. When a member and one other person dine a 50% discount on food applies, when three people dine the discount will be 33% and four people dine the discount will be 25% etc. Only one card may be used per table. The Accor Advantage Plus card is not valid for room service, beverages or selections from the kid's menus.

When will I receive the Advantages Magazine?
Advantages magazine includes exclusive offers for members and is distributed quarterly. Don't forget you can also view the Advantages magazine as an e-brochure online from the member's website and download it on to your desktop up to 14 days earlier than receiving it by mail.

Is a supplementary membership available?
Yes. The supplementary cardholder will receive unlimited access to member's discount off best unrestricted rate of the day, plus a discount of all advertised specials, including Accor Hot Deals, as well as the usual dining benefits available to the primary members.

Can I refer a friend to Advantage Plus?
Yes! When you nominate 5 or more people and they join within a two week period - your membership is renewed for FREE! Log on now to www.advantageplus-asia.com complete the nomination form, or call our Members Service Centre listed below.

What is A|Club?
A|Club is Accor global loyalty program that allows members to earn points at more than 2,000 hotels worldwide. Accor Advantage Plus members who joined or renewed their membership after 1 October 2008 will automatically receive silver status A|Club membership at no extra charge.
